Main Hall & Kitchen Main hall measures 12m by 7.2m plus stage 5.3m by 2.5m Seating set up around the hall. More seats and tables are available. Bookings by the hour £40 for 2 hours then £15 per hour there after Full Day Bookings Friday, Saturday & Key Dates* £175 All other days £150 *Key Dates 24/25/26/31 December, 1/25 January Weddings Exclusive hire of the whole hall, excluding snooker room £600 Snooker Room (optional) £75 PA System (optional) £75 A deposit is required to reserve a date and cover any breakages with all payments to be made no later than one calendar month prior to the event. Meeting Room & Kitchen Meeting room measures 4.5m by 7.4m Minimum of 2 hours at £15 per hour Library Meeting Room Library measures 4.6m by 4m Minimum of 2 hours at £12.50 per hour If kitchen is required a fee of £15 will be charged Snooker Room The Snooker Room is equipped with one full size snooker table, dart board & chill out area. Snooker Hall memberships cost £85 per year plus £10 key deposit. Members can invite guests to play at a cost of £5 per guest. Memberships are available for residents of Meikleour or anyone sponsored by a member of the Meikleour Snooker Club. The Snooker Hall can be hired for parties (one calendar month notice required & a deposit* of £250) £75 per evening session charge between the hours of 6pm - 10pm The booker must have a "sponsor" who lives in Meikleour village who can vouch for the character of the booker. * All deposits returned subject to no damage or loss of equipment. Should damages amount to more than £250, we reserve the right to bill the booker for the remainder of the amount. Where a booking is cancelled the deposit is non-returnable.
